Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out according with the shipping method selected. As a small, family-owned business, we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as we can. 

Once your order is prepared for fulfillment you will receive an email with your tracking information.

You may receive a box that looks a little worn or has another company's logo on it. We intentionally reuse cardboard boxes! Every time a cardboard box is recycled, the fibers weaken, and after about 6 cycles, most cardboard becomes unusable. Reusing cardboard for shipping maintains the strength of the box for longer, and eliminates the need for additional energy in transportation, processing, and manufacturing of recycled or new cardboard.
