Round Potholder - Darby

Whether you're grabbing a hot pan, pulling something out of the oven, or serving something to friends and family, this potholder does the job while adding a little color and personality to the kitchen.

We chose it because it’s functional first, expressive second. Made from Jenny Pennywood’s signature linen-cotton fabric with heat-resistant material sewn inside, it’s built to be used often. Each one is screen printed and dyed in small batches in San Francisco, which means slight variations in color and shape are part of the process, not flaws.

It’s easy to keep within reach. Hang it by the stove using the built-in loop, leave it on the counter while you cook, or use it as a quick trivet when setting something hot down.

Over time, the fabric softens and the colors settle in, much like a favorite kitchen towel. It’s a simple object that becomes part of the routine rather than something you stash away.
