Toby the Giraffe

Toby is a softie with quiet strength. He represents perseverance, comfort, and the idea that bravery doesn’t always look loud or bold. Sometimes it’s just showing up again.

We chose Toby because he carries an emotional message that feels grounding for kids and parents alike. He’s learning that being brave through hard things means not giving up and keeping home alive. That lesson comes through naturally in play, routines, and moments of rest rather than instruction.

Like all Dunlap Love softies, Toby is thoughtfully made to be held, hugged, and lived with. Each one wears a unique upcycled shirt, reinforcing the idea that individuality is something to be celebrated, not smoothed out.
